Welcome! It takes insight to recognize when you are struggling and courage to do something about it. You’re in the right place.

Most of us will experience depression, anxiety or some other mental health concern at some point in our lives. The cause may be obvious, such as a divorce or the loss of a loved one.  At other times, the source may not be as easy to identify.

The focus of my practice is to help you identify your concern and develop a holistic, practical way for you to address it.

Using evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness, we will devise sensible and appropriate strategies to help you navigate life’s ups and downs while building strength, confidence and resiliency.

Diane Greenhill LCSW

MY BACKGROUND

Following a twenty year corporate career I obtained my graduate degree in clinical social work from Fordham University.

I have experience in both acute-inpatient and outpatient treatment settings. My work at an inpatient psychiatric hospital and a community mental health clinic has given me exposure to and the opportunity to treat, a wide range of mental health disorders.

In addition, I am a yoga and meditation teacher. My practice is grounded in the principles of mindfulness and self-awareness.
